– Group Actions – Edit Group Settings – Duplicate This Group – Revise title, description, type, childcare – if available, age stage, demographic, meeting day/time, area of town/address (or name of campus) – Save – Group Actions – Edit Participant List – Change Main Leader – Add Or Invite New People – Edit the Participants list [left margin] – Assign Assistant Leader their title [see instructions in letter H] – Back to Group ————————————— If you need to record attendance: – Click Calendar – Locate first date needing to take Attendance, click Add Even – Event Title: RG Name of Group [example: RG Hearts On Fire] – Event Organizer – choose name of group leader [or sometimes the assistant leader – use your judgement] – Start Time & End Time [example: Wednesday nights @ church = 6:30p – 8:00p] – Make this event repeat [Weekly / Every Week / Every 2 Weeks, etc.] – Repeats Until – last day of semester [or if a group is meeting other than on a Wednesday, choose the day they meet on the end of that particular semester. – Create – Click Attendance Settings [right side of screen] – Attendance Grouping – Choose: Rock Groups – Send group leaders an attendance reminder: check box – This event is for attendance purposes only: DO NOT CHECK this box – Save
