Rusty Nelson
Rusty and his wife Leisa founded and continue to Co-Lead as Pastors of The Rock Family Worship Center, a multi-cultural and multi-generational congregation with four campuses based out of Huntsville, Alabama. Rusty provides oversight to the R3 Ministerial Alliance and serves on numerous ministry boards throughout the country. He is deeply passionate about missions and outreach, providing executive leadership to Huntsville Dream Center, a nonprofit organization dedicated to connecting churches, businesses, and individuals to meet the physical, mental, and spiritual needs of the surrounding community. A worshipper at heart, Rusty has become a father figure to many young pastors throughout the country, carrying an apostolic mantle to love, encourage, and see pastors walk in health and Spirit-led power.

Leisa Nelson
Pastor Leisa Nelson and her husband Pastor Rusty Nelson co-lead The Rock Family Worship Center in Huntsville, Alabama with multiple campuses in the Tennessee Valley. From early years of youth and worship evangelism to now, their ministry has expanded locally and globally including outreach through Huntsville Dream Center, oversight of the R3 Ministerial Alliance, and service on numerous ministry boards across the country. She and Rusty have a passion for Israel and standing in the command to “Pray for the Peace of Jerusalem!” They take several trips yearly, exposing young millennial pastors to the truth of what is taking place in Israel. Leisa oversees several areas of ministry including SHE Women’s Ministry and the church’s adoption, foster care, and orphan care partnerships in her city, state, and several other countries. She serves on the Alabama Board of Lifeline Children’s Services. She is a mom to four, grandmother to five, and spiritual mother to many more. Leisa has a passion for women to realize their true identity in Jesus and to know Him intimately.

Pastor David and Ruth are presently semi-retired and enjoying their family, two sons: Greg, daughter- in-love Laquita, and Rusty, daughter-in-love Leisa, six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Choco DeJesus
Chicago as Lead Pastor of New Life Covenant Church for over 19 years
(2000-2019). The church has seen a tremendous amount of growth and
influence through the planting of multi-site campuses, effective urban and
community outreach, and through world missions.
Today, Pastor Choco serves as the General Treasurer of the Assemblies of God. A
pentecostal denomination serving 13,017 churches in the U.S., with over 3 million
members and adherents and with more than 69 million members worldwide.
Pastor Choco has a heart to reach even the most marginalized with the Gospel and
the saving power of Jesus Christ. In April 2013, he was named one of Time
Magazine’s 100 most influential people in the world and recognized for his leadership
and influence within the Evangelical and Latino community, to the Glory of God.
Pastor Choco is also the author of five books: Amazing Faith, In the Gap, Stay the
Course, Move Into More and Love Them Anyway. In December of 2018, he
graduated with his doctorate from Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida.
He and his wife Elizabeth have three adult children and five pretty
amazing grandchildren.

WILL FORD
Will Ford
As a leader in the prayer movement, Will uses this “prayer bowl” (Rev. 5:8) as a catalyst for mobilizing prayer and teaching on intercession, revival and societal transformation. He believes that it was the prayers of a godly remnant of all races—who were revivalists and abolitionists—that brought revival to America and ultimately ended slavery. Receiving their mantle from yesterday, Will is actively training a new generation to release justice to the most marginalized today.
Will is a father of four. He and his wife Dehavilland live in Dallas, TX.

PAUL ZINK
Paul D. Zink
In 1984, Bishop Zink and his wife, Sharon founded New Life Christian Fellowship, a multi-cultural church in Jacksonville, Florida. In 2014, Bishop Zink transitioned from being its senior pastor for 30 years, to follow a mandate from the Lord to pursue ministry in the apostolic arena. His son, Paul Zink II is now the lead pastor.
Bishop Zink is also the founder and President of Providence School, which opened in the fall of 1997 and currently enables over 1,400 students from kindergarten through 12th grade to receive a high-quality college preparatory, Christian education in state-of-the-art facilities. Providence School has received the highest academic accreditation in the State of Florida.
Bishop Zink is the Apostolic Overseer for both New Life Christian Fellowship and Providence School.
Bishop Zink serves on the Board of Directors for several ministries, both nationally and internationally. He also served on the Board of Regents of Oral Roberts University, and Church Growth International in Seoul, Korea, chaired by the late Dr. David Yonggi Cho.
In 2003, Bishop Zink was consecrated as a Bishop in Apostolic Succession through the International Communion of Christian Churches; a ministry committed to restoring the historical unity of the body of Christ.
Considered a father and mentor to many spiritual sons and daughters who have their own successful ministries, Bishop Zink has traveled extensively throughout the nations, helping to establish churches, and continues teaching and mentoring leaders both abroad and in the United States.
Bishop Zink is a nationally acclaimed conference speaker and has appeared multiple times as a guest on Trinity Broadcast Network. His first book entitled, “You Matter” was published in October 2015.
Bishop Zink’s passion for Israel and the Jewish people spans many years. After being invited to attend the Inaugural meetings of Christians United for Israel (CUFI), founded by Dr. John Hagee, in February 2006, Bishop Zink accepted an invitation to become the first CUFI State Director in his home state of Florida, serving in that capacity until 2008. He has also established a strong relationship with the Knesset Christian Allies Caucus in Israel.
Bishop Zink and his wife Sharon reside in Jacksonville, Florida and have 3 married sons and 12 grandchildren.

Kyle Searcy
Kyle Searcy has a passion for developing a new generation of leaders. He is a recognized and highly respected leader, teacher, and author who earned his doctorate degree in theology from Christian Life School of Theology. He serves as senior Pastor of Fresh Anointing House of Worship, Montgomery, Alabama as well as eight other Fresh Anointing House of Worship churches in the United States. His unique leadership gift has afforded him the opportunity to witness his local church grow to over 2000 members since inception. Additionally, he is the Overseer for over 230 international churches on the continent of Africa, including Liberia, Nigeria, and Ghana. Marked by a natural ability, his leadership capacity has taken him to nations such as Canada and the continent of Africa to conduct leadership summits, seminars and conferences.
Kyle is also an author who writes on various subjects such as wisdom, leadership, vision, and planning. These topics are covered in several books written by him including his latest books: Counter Intuitive Leadership and How to Write a Book. He has also written: The Secrets of Biblical Wisdom, which shares the secrets to unlocking the power of wisdom, guiding believers along the path of acquiring and harnessing spiritual wisdom; Write the Vision: Developing a Life Plan, which provides practical tools to developing a vision and a life plan; What Ladder Are You Going to Climb, which is geared toward youth and young adults to guide them in achieving their goals; Precision! God’s Timely Manifestation in Your Life, which encourages readers to have faith in God’s ability to be “in time” and “on time”, Power of Agreement, shows how your ability to agree can change everything; and his latest book, Becoming Who You Are, portrays what holds most of us back from being current in our journey towards destiny. Kyle’s books have produced countless stories of how lives have been impacted and changed.
As a certified John Maxwell Leadership Coach, Kyle uses his wisdom and talent to diligently serve in many positions on the local, national, and international platform. He is president of several organizations such as Fresh Start Community Development Corporation; KCS Ministries; The Kyle C. Searcy Leadership Institute; and Youth City, an organization that focuses on providing a holistic approach to meeting the needs of at-risk millennials. Futhermore, Bishop Kyle serves as a member of the Board of Directors with the Montgomery Area Chamber of Commerce, Montgomery Parks and Recreation as well as International Apostolic Council (IAC). IAC is composed of the founding fathers of the International Communion of Evangelical Churches (ICEC) led by First Presiding Bishop Harry Jackson Jr. A well-respected leader in the State of Alabama, he serves on the Governor’s Task Force for the 2020 US Census. Kyle is a voice not only to the Christian community but was extended an invitation to serve on the prison reform task force by the President of United States that resulted in the release of thousands of nonviolent offenders who had extensive sentencing.
As well as being a skilled writer and well sought-after speaker, he is husband to the beautiful, Kemi Searcy. They are the blessed parents of four beautiful children. They have two daughters, Marian Abiola Searcy-Hollis and Emmanula Funmi Searcy- Ford (son-in-law Samuel Ford); two sons, Paul and Christopher (daughter-in-law Maraya Searcy); and six grandchildren.
